The JW Marriott Los Angeles at LA LIVE is the host hotel for the 2nd annual ALIS Summer Update. A limited number of guest rooms at specially-discounted rates have been held for ALIS Summer Update delegates. Rates will hold as long as the block is available or until Monday, June 21, 2010. After this date, it is the sole discretion of the hotel to determine rates and availability. Please book directly with the hotel and mention ALIS in order to receive the special rates. Reserve early because space is limited!

Travel and lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the delegate and not included in the registration fee. Registrations are only taken online, via fax, and via mail. Registrations cannot be taken over the phone. Full payment must be received at the time of registration to be fully registered for the event. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration information. Please allow two (2) weeks for processing. Contact information you provide on this form will be shared with other conference attendees and sponsors to facilitate networking and building professional relationships and to inform you about the conference. The hosts may use your contact details to advise you of other events and related information. Please contact us in writing if you do not want this information shared. *If you do not wish your cell phone to be included in the delegate roster, please check the appropriate box during registration. All participants must wear their name badge at all programs/functions held in conjunction with ALIS Summer Update. Spouses and Guests are not permitted unless fully registered. ALIS Summer Update management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending this event. Topics, speakers, agenda, networking, and other conference events are subject to change without notice.

**ALIS 2010 Delegates:
To qualify for the discount available, you must have been a registered delegate of the January 2010 ALIS conference and not have cancelled or transferred your registration. Should you select the discounted pricing option for ALIS 2010 delegates and our records show that you were not a registered delegate in good standing, your credit card will automatically be charged the full registration fee for non-ALIS 2010 delegates.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Should any balance remain unpaid, the purchaser agrees to pay costs incurred for collection. If any part of or all the conference is changed or cancelled, the conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs.

Onsite Attendees:
Non "Special Offer" cancellations are by written request from the registered delegate only and apply to the policy in effect on the date the notification is received in the ALIS Summer Update Registration Department. Cancellation requests must be received on or before June 8, 2010. Cancellations received after June 8, 2010, are non-refundable. Should you register for the ALIS Summer Update Onsite Event and need to cancel after June 8, 2010, you will receive access to the webcast of the event.

Webcast Attendees:
Registration for the webcast will only be available up to July 6, 2010. No refunds will be issued for webcast attendees for the ALIS Summer Update at anytime. Should you not be able to view the webcast live on July 13, 2010, instructions will be provided on how to view the webcast one time during the 14 days after the event.
